CREATE A RETURN LABEL VIA POSTNL
1. Go to postnl.nl
2. Click on “Send” → “Send package”
3. Select “Buy shipping label online”
4. Select the correct package size (usually letterbox package €4.25 )
5. Enter the following in the Recipient field :

6. Enter the following in the Recipient Email field: info@loomathelabel.nl (for Track & Trace)
7. Check everything, fill in your own details and pay for the label.
You'll receive the shipping label directly by email from PostNL. Print it or have it printed at a PostNL location.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Returns can be made within 14 days after receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged , with all tags still attached.
- Preferably use the original packaging or another well-protected bag.
Sale items can be returned, but you will receive store credit instead of money.
REFUND
- Full return: you will receive the purchase amount + shipping costs for the outward shipment.
- Partial return: you will receive
only the amount of the returned items.
- Refunds: Will be processed within 5 business days of receipt, via the original payment method .
IMPORTANT
Looma the Label is not responsible for lost returns. Always use a return label with Track & Trace .
